Shipping policy

TRACKING INFORMATION:

Once an order is placed it moves into processing, which can take 2-4 business days depending on stock and amount of orders received. Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to process onto the shipping website. If the order is received after 2PM on a Friday, please check the following Monday for the next update.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for domestic shipping.
  • Packages are shipped once processed, which can take 2-4 business days depending on the amount of orders received.
  • Method of shipping can be selected at checkout.
  • Shipping costs vary depending on weight, postal code, shipping method. Please understand if a package is withheld for additional shipping fees due to weight, the customer will be responsible for payment.

**COVID19 Alert: Please be aware there may be a shipping delay that is out of our control due to COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding and we will do our best to ensure your items are delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. 

If a package is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the tracking information provided by the shipping method chosen once the package has left Graceful Beauty Bar's warehouse.
